Overtime Night Log is a small tool for logging late nights at work. We don't collect, upload, or have access to any of your data.

Where your data lives

Everything you log (spending, finish times, burnout and unwell counts, notes, wishlist and settings) is stored only on your device. In the iPhone app it also syncs through Apple's iCloud to your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Data in iCloud belongs to your Apple account and is handled by Apple under its privacy policy; the developer cannot access it.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The app doesn't read contacts, location, photos or any other personal data.

Notifications

If you turn on the nightly reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No server is involved.

Export and sharing

Files are only created when you tap Export backup or Share, and they go to the system share sheet so you decide where they go.

Network requests

The app and website load handwriting fonts from Google Fonts. These requests only download fonts and never include your records.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes the data on that device. To delete the iCloud copy, go to Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage on your iPhone and delete Overtime Night Log's data.
